Getting discounts on ski or snowboard lessons at Winter Park Resort in Colorado is extremely simple and can save money on your next ski vacation. Ski lesson discounts can be obtained online, at the grocery store, or even from a ski instructor! Finding an inexpensive ski lesson for any ability level on your ski vacation is possible at Winter Park Resort.

Lesson 4 Packs at King Soopers

Get discount ski or snowboard lessons for Winter Park Ski Resort at a Front Range King Soopers grocery store with this unadvertised special. Ski and snowboard lesson 4 Packs can be purchased at the customer service desk throughout the ski season for adult lessons and children’s lessons. Better yet, the ski lesson packs are fully transferable among friends and family members.

The Kids Lesson 4 Pack is valid for ages 3-14 for ski lessons or age 6-14 snowboard lessons and is $349. That’s just $87/day. It includes four full day lessons, a lift ticket, helmet rental, lunch, and Flaik GPS tracking. They are good for all ability levels, are transferable, and can used for one day or whenever they are needed during the ski season.

The Adult Lesson 4 Pack is valid for adults (age 13 and up) for ski or snowboard lessons and is $159. That’s only $40/lesson. It includes four half-day lessons that can be used for a lesson in the morning or afternoon. First-time skiers or snowboarders can use one lesson ticket for a full-day lesson. Remember to tip your instructor as they see very little of the lesson fee.

The discount lesson tickets are fully transferable and can be used for any ability level. Four people can use them on one day or spread them throughout the ski season. The lesson does not include a lift ticket or rental gear. The voucher is not valid towards private lessons or specialty clinics.

The easiest way to get ski lesson discounts is to stop an instructor at Winter Park Resort. Ask the instructor for a referral Gold Card. The Winter Park Ski + Ride School Gold Card gives two types of lesson discounts. It gives a $10 discount on children or adult group lesson rates or $25 off a half or full-day private lesson. Just present the Gold Card when purchasing a lesson.

If you book your ski or snowboard lessons online at the Winter Park Resort website 48 hours in advance, you can get significant savings. An adult full-day first-timer ski or snowboard lesson with rentals and lift ticket is only $110 versus the $135 walk-in rate.

Adult skiers and snowboarders of every ability can save money on half-day lessons by booking 48 hours in advance too. A half-day ski lesson is only $60 versus the $75 walk-in rate. While that same lesson would only be $40 with the Adult Lesson 4 Pack.

Adult skiers and snowboarders essentially get a free lesson when they book 48 hours in advance for a half-day lesson with a full-day lift ticket for $95. The regular season full-day lift ticket walk-up window rate price at Winter Park Resort is $95.

Discounts on children’s ski and snowboard lessons are also available online when booked 48 hours in advance. A full-day lesson booked in advance is $120 while the walk-in rate is $135. Further ski lesson discounts are possible with multiple lessons or by purchasing a Kids Lesson 4 Pack at King Soopers.

Discount Pre-season Private Lesson Packages

Pre-season discounts are available on Winter Park Resort’s already value-priced full-day private ski and snowboard lessons. Inquire about pre-season pricing on 5-day and 10-day full-day private lesson packages at the new Private Lesson Center. For the 2010-11 season, discounted full-day private lesson 5-packs were $2445 and 10-packs were $4445. The lesson packs are fully transferable.

Discount ski and snowboard lessons are available at Winter Park Resort to fit any budget. With pre-planning, ski vacationers can save significant money while out on the slopes.
