You need something fast, quick, and tasty for lunch. Burgers, pizza, and burrito’s are not in the game plan. What’s a cheap filling alternative in Louisville, Colorado? Chef King! Despite the name, Chef King isn’t even remotely an American food joint. Chef King is hard core American- style takeout Chinese food. Yummy!
Chef King sits in a non-descript location between a King Soopers and a Big Lots. Don’t let the storefront fool you. If you walk in the door at lunchtime Tuesday through Sunday, you’ll see a steady parade of customers coming in and hear the phone constantly ringing with phoned in orders. Louisville and Lafayette residents are dedicated Chef King patrons. Unfortunately Chef King is closed on Mondays.
